The Nevada staircase has been a wonderful experience. The construction industry can be challenging due to dealing with complex customers and trying to make them happy. This job could not have happened without the Nevada staircase. Ever since the initial installation, the customer has not been pleased. In order to meet customer satisfaction, they completely disassemble this staircase job and install a new one at no additional cost. The job exceeded all expectations in every way. The entire team, ranging from the owner Alex to the impressive tech and staff, is incredible. I endorse them, and I will incorporate them into my future projects.

We are very happy with our new staircase. And more importantly...Alex, Rich and Zeke were great to work with and provided excellent customer service. The owners, Tina and Allen, have obviously set a great example for their crew and we would highly recommend their services.

The installation went fine. When it came to the finisher to do touch ups it took 3 times for it to be completed right. The 3rd time a different worker and his supervisor were able to get the job done. It was very frustrating. I am not sure I would recommend Nevada Stairs to anyone.

Nevada Stairs did a very professional job replacing old wood balusters with more modern black iron balusters. They were timely and professional and would recommend them for a stairway remodel.
